Pored svakog kreveta nalazi se i SOS signalna aparatura koja služi za poziv od strane korisnika u svakom trenutku. Medicinsko osoblje ga registruje na monitoru, da bi mogli blagovremeno da reaguju u svakoj situaciji. Takođe je signalizacija postavljena i iznad vrata svih soba, odnosno apartmana.

The facility is equipped with all the necessary equipment to ensure its seamless operation and meet the needs of its residents. The living room features a TV and DVD player. Residents can spend their time playing board games, reading books, daily and weekly newspapers, or enjoying planned recreational activities.
